Abby is currently a graduate student working on her PhD in Library and Information Science at Simmons University, in Boston. She is also the Dean's Fellow for Information Analysis at Simmons. She graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a MS in Information Science and Northeastern University with a BS in Sociology, and has prevously worked at Buda Public Library, managing the Makerspace, as well as Blackbaud, Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Texas, and uAspire. She grew up in Andover, NH and currently lives in Boston, MA. She enjoys young adult fiction, tea, live music, cooking, baking, and eating. She's passionate about social justice and is inspired by all kinds of women.
